Delivery and Returns
You MUST be over 18 to use our home delivery service and identification to prove this will be required by the staff member at the delivery point if they think you look under 23. The ONLY acceptable forms of ID are a passport, drivers’ licence or national age card.
Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your order you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to do so. If you decide to return or exchange please first contact info@finchesofflicence.ie or call tel: (01) 616 6775 to let us know that this is your intention and how you wish to do your return.
Orders can be returned free of charge at the Finches Off-Licence store - please note a printout of your original confirmation email will be required as proof of sale in order for us to process your refund. The card used in the transaction will be refunded, it can take 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note process times may vary depending on your bank.
Returned goods must be in resaleable condition with labels intact. When returning a set of products e.g. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete. When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure save delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Finches Off-Licence offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges incurred. Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order amount to shop online?
There is no minimum order when shopping with us online. €2.50 is the delivery fee for any order.
Can I send to multiple address?
Yes you can, this option is available at the checkout stage,howevr, it must be within the Tallaght area, please see the delivery area map for details.
Can I create an account?
Yes, if you create an account, we will store delivery addresses and contact phone numbers for subsequent orders, however, for security reasons we do not store your credit card details and you will need to enter these each time you place an order.
Where’s my order?
If you have any questions about delivery or would like to check the status of an order that you have placed, you can log in to your account or contact us by emailing info@finchesofflicence.ie or call (01) 616 6775. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number - this will have been sent to you on your order confirmation email.

What do I do if my package hasn’t arrived or is damaged?

Is the full product range available online?
Our full product range is currently not available on our website and stock variances may cause some products to temporarily go out of stock online even though it is available in store.
